Meals
All our stop-overs include a traditional cooked breakfast, but other meals are not included, giving you the flexibility to arrange your lunch to suit the conditions. Many of our inns and bed & breakfasts offer packed lunches, or you may choose to buy your own picnic or sample the fare of one of the many cafes and pubs along the route. We will let you know where those “special” places are – the ones with nice gardens, or open fires, real ales, homemade cakes and warm welcomes.

Most evening stops include a choice of options for dinner, either at your accommodation, a restaurant or pub nearby. We will highlight pubs, restaurants and cafes who provide local produce. Information on all places to buy supplies or meals, along with some of our recommendations, will be included with your itinerary.
