Cancelling your Holiday.
Should you, or any member of your party, need to cancel a booking, you must do so by
letter or e-mail which must include the name of which the person who originally made the booking. Any cancellation will be effective from the date that our office receives the
• Cancellations received more than 56 days before the start of the holiday will forfeit the deposit, any other monies paid will be returned.
• Cancellations within 56 to 15 days of the start of the holiday will forfeit the deposit and any payments made to accommodation providers. If accommodation has not be paid for, it may be necessary to add single person supplements to other members of a party.
• No monies will be returned for cancellations within 14 days of departure, or whilst a holiday is in progress.
